Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Many types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other non-returnable items:

* Certain health and personal care products

In certain situations, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not attributable to us.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially recorded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@glowsmile.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift card.


If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave it to you preferred to receive it first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to that person, who will be notified that you have returned the item.


Shipping

If you wish to return a product, you must send it by mail to the address provided by our customer service when you requested the return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than £50, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
